What youll do :

As a Process Engineer in our Coating department, youll make a direct impact as youll be able to use your expertise to provide engineering support, troubleshoot and resolve processing issues on the production floor.  Your natural problem-solving skills will come in handy as you lead projects that increase equipment uptime, output, and capacity.  Your passion will lead you to initiate and drive continuous improvement programs that increase productivity and overall equipment effectiveness.  To ensure success in the role, you have experience in Web Coating, excellent project management skills and are highly analytical.
