Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time role that offers professional growth? The Georgie Smigel Group, a top real estate team in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a Part-Time Transaction Assistant to support our dynamic and high-performing agents.

This is a crucial role where you'll be the backbone of our transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for our agents and clients alike. If you want to contribute four to five afternoons per week to a rapidly growing, values-driven team, we encourage you to apply!

Compensation : $19 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Transaction Management :  Maintain precise and current real estate transaction files, ensuring all documents are properly completed, tracked, and filed in a timely manner.
• Communication Hub :  Serve as a clear and effective communicator, coordinating all transaction-related correspondence with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other vendors.
• Administrative Support :  Assist the team with essential administrative tasks, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, showings, and closings.
• Compliance :  Proactively manage deadlines and ensure all transaction-related activities adhere to necessary legal and brokerage requirements.
