About the Position :

Hiring for an HVAC Estimator with experience in mechanical and plumbing construction.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience.
• 4+ years of prior Estimating experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
• B road understanding of all types of Mechanical systems such as : Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, primary and secondary piping, HVAC ductwork, RTU, AHU, VAV’s.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
