Facilities Coordinator

Location : Radix Recovery - Residential Treatment Facility

Radix Recovery is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to ensure our residential treatment center remains safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for clients, staff, and visitors. This role is hands-on, covering building upkeep, grounds care, safety compliance, and coordination with outside vendors for specialized repairs. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating an environment that supports healing and recovery.

What You'll Do

Perform daily inspections to ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Handle minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC troubleshooting.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance and maintain tool and supply inventories.

Oversee lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor upkeep.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, state health, and fire safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors for specialized projects and repairs.

Maintain maintenance logs, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules.

Support facility improvement projects while minimizing disruption to client care.

What We're Looking For

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; technical / vocational training preferred.

Experience : 2-3 years in building maintenance, facilities management, or related field (healthcare / residential setting experience a plus).

Skills & Abilities :

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Professionalism and empathy in a healthcare / treatment setting.
