Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating technical integrations with over 100 payroll providers
Analyze payroll data for accuracy and troubleshoot technical issues impacting data flow
Draft procedures for payroll information flow and identify areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving roles
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Experience with retirement plans or payroll providers and understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage projects
Proficient in PC skills, including G-Suite products
