Associate Director of Content Job at Zip in San Francisco

As Associate Director of Content at Zip, you’ll lead our content marketing strategy and execution, positioning Zip as the definitive thought leader in BNPL and payments. You will own the content strategy and editorial roadmap for our merchant audience, creating high impact content that drives demand generation and influences industry conversations.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on premium content initiatives sponsored partnerships with top publishers, commissioned analyst research, and thought leadership programming while also offering opportunities to grow the content function and lead an expanding team.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Leadership

• Build an editorial calendar and roadmap that cover thought leadership, analyst research, product content and campaign assets aligned with business priorities
• Develop and maintain a merchant centric content strategy that supports demand generation, buyer enablement and sales acceleration
• Lead content team operations, including production, review and publishing processes
• Foster a data driven culture by tracking content performance and pipeline influence to optimize the roadmap
