Job Description
The Superintendent will :
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and set next-day priorities
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, confirm scopes, and ensure trades are working to the critical path
- Oversee subcontractor performance, conduct daily check-ins, and enforce contractual and safety obligations
- Run toolbox talks and routine safety inspections to maintain compliance and a safe jobsite
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports in Procore
- Verify material deliveries, inspect installations, and resolve workmanship or sequencing issues
- Lead trade coordination meetings and communicate schedule, quality, and scope updates to the project team
