As a Management Trainee, you’ll start with direct customer engagement, gaining firsthand experience with AT&T products and a key connectivity initiative. At the same time, you’ll build leadership skills in strategy, team growth, and performance, preparing you to lead impactful campaigns and expand access to essential communication services.

Essential Functions of the Management Trainee Role

Drive AT&T customer acquisition through events, retail, and outreach, with a focus on enrolling qualified individuals in connectivity programs.

Build deep product knowledge across AT&T’s wireless, internet, and TV services, and understand how they integrate with offerings.

Provide top-tier service to all customers, especially those navigating government assistance, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.

Consistently hit sales and enrollment goals with a results-driven, community-focused mindset.

Take part in structured training to develop leadership, team-building, and compliance skills.

Support day-to-day operations, including admin tasks, sales tracking, and proper documentation aligned with guidelines.

Collaborate with team members and assist in mentoring new hires on program enrollment.

Use market insights and customer feedback to improve strategies, with a focus on underserved communities.

Uphold high standards of professionalism while supporting client needs, especially in sensitive situations.
