Emerson is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our innovative team in Marshalltown, IA , where your work will directly shape the performance and reliability of world-class instrumentation used across the globe.

You will do more than just test you'll design and develop intelligent test automation systems, bring new ideas to life through hands-on experimentation, and collaborate across teams to deliver smarter, faster, and more reliable solutions. From LabVIEW programming to global production support, you'll be at the heart of innovation for Fisher Instruments.

In this role, your responsibilities will be :

• Build the Future of Testing : Design, develop, and maintain advanced test automation programs using LabVIEW to streamline validation and accelerate product development.
• Engineer Custom Test Setups : Create and execute control performance tests for both new and existing instrument products, turning concepts into real-world performance data.
• Perform and document design calculations and technical analyses that support product excellence and innovation.
• Develop detailed test specifications and documentation that guide development and ensure quality across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate Across the Globe : Work with cross-functional teams to implement instrument solutions into production environments worldwide.
