We are looking for an experienced Payroll Lead to oversee and manage comprehensive payroll operations for a large, multi-state workforce. In this contract to permanent position, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 500 employees, including international payroll and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle payroll processes for a multi-state and international workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process payroll for over 500 employees on a bi-monthly basis, leveraging ADP Workforce Now and Workday systems.
• Oversee payroll tax reporting and reconciliation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct audits of payroll data and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
• Perform year-end payroll tasks, including variance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Certified Payroll standards.
• Implement process improvements to optimize payroll operations and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including multistate and international requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on payroll procedures and systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, including multi-state and international payroll.
• Proficiency in full-cycle payroll processes using ADP Workforce Now and Workday.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certified Payroll certification (CPP) is highly preferred.
• Experience managing payroll for over 500 employees in-house.
• Proven ability to perform audits, reconcile payroll, and conduct variance analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
