Job Overview
The Sr Manager, Procurement at T-Mobile leads a team of professionals responsible for maximizing the performance, value, and resilience of T-Mobile's strategic technology partners. This role ensures that vendors deliver consistently against contractual commitments, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements while building relationships that drive innovation, agility, and long-term business outcomes. As a people leader, the Sr Manager develops and mentors a high-performing team that executes governance frameworks, including vendor scorecards, performance reviews, and risk management processes. By guiding the team to monitor vendor performance, financial health, security posture, and regulatory compliance, this leader ensures proactive risk mitigation and operational continuity. The Sr Manager also drives value realization by ensuring vendors contribute measurable results to T-Mobile's digital transformation and customer experience goals. Through benchmarking, market scanning, and continuous improvement, the team ensures vendor services remain competitive and future ready. This role will partner closely with Procurement to align on vendor lifecycle activities including renewals, renegotiations, and exit strategies in order to safeguard T-Mobile's interests and maintain business agility. Partnering across IT, finance, legal, and business stakeholders, the Sr Manager fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Ultimately, this role ensures that T-Mobile's vendor ecosystem operates as a strategic enabler that delivers reliability, compliance, and sustained business value while developing and empowering a best-in-class vendor management team.

Frisco, TX Compensation Range : $148,900 - $201,400
Base Pay Range : $128,800 - $232,400 Corporate Bonus Target : 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
