Procurement Team Lead

The Procurement Team Lead is responsible for leading a group of Procurement Agents responsible for procuring materials, supplies, and services in accordance with facility, departmental, and company goals. The Procurement Team Lead identifies opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements, working with a cross-functional team to drive operational excellence to ensure company mission success. Procurement Agents to meet or exceed individual and team-based performance metrics. Through active feedback, coaching, education and mentoring the Procurement Team Lead ensures Procurement Agents' success and improved capability.
Minimum Requirements
Education : Bachelor's Degree
Experience : 4 to 6 years of work experience required, and 1 to 3 years of corporate purchasing and project management experience.
Travel : 10%
Work Schedule : This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.
