Global Study Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Global Study Operations Supervisor to lead the SMART Database Loading team.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise daily operations and manage resource allocation for project execution

Grow and develop team members, establishing performance objectives and conducting evaluations

Ensure customer commitments are met, applying best practices in project management and service excellence

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of relevant experience

At least 1 year of leadership experience

Knowledge or experience in technical design and / or internal applications (e.g., SMART, Study Definition, Zavacor)

Minimum required : High School Diploma; preferred : University Degree
