About the HR Development Program (HRDP)
The HRDP is a dynamic, fast-paced, rotational program designed to develop future HR leaders, especially in manufacturing. Over the course of three immersive rotations (lasting 912 months each), you'll gain hands-on experience across key HR areas :
Throughout the program, you'll be paired with a senior leader and a peer mentor to guide your development. You'll build a personalized learning plan for each rotation and grow alongside a cohort of peers. Upon completion, you'll be eligible for HR generalist or specialist roles across the U.S.

Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in a business program is strongly preferred. Majors can include Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or similar programs.
Relocation
As part of the rotational program, candidates must be able and willing to relocate to various Owens Corning locations across the United States several times. Relocation is a mandatory requirement for the role, relocation assistance is provided. Locations are subject to change.
