Advanced Systems Engineer

Onsite Location : Scottsdale AZ 85257

Required : US Citizenship

W2 Hourly Long-Term Contract to hire

$65.00 - $86.00 per hourwith limited benefits

No C2C No 1099 we can NOT work with outside agencies / vendors

Seeking Advanced Systems Engineers to work as members of a cross-functional team responsible for defining developing and sustaining enhancements to a live communication system. We provide warfighters with a familiar cellular phone-like service allowing forces on the ground to communicate directly with others at higher levels of quality and much greater capacity than available through the current system.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is Required
  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or a related Science Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5-8 years of job-related experience or a Masters degree plus 3-6 years of job-related experience.
  • Experience with 3G / 5G communication systems core networking and model based systems engineering (MBSE).
  • Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
  • Strong telephony background and experience
  • Experience with ground communication systems
  • Strong understanding of core networking
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
  • Strong communication skills with ability to write technical papers and proposals
