Insight Global is seeking a QA Developer (primarily manual) to support a Startup Technology Company! This opportunity is based out of Charlotte, NC , and will be on site. Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $100K-$140K based off of years of experience) and there is lots of stability and room for growth, as this is a direct hire opportunity.

Must Haves

  • Expertise in QA with a SaaS company
  • Experience working a startup environment
  • Test automation for web (Next.js, Node.js) and mobile applications
  • Experience with JIRA for bug tracking and managing test cases
  • Knowledge of AI testing tools
  • Familiarity with non-traditional testing methods and tools like Cursor for documentation

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines
  • Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium
