Growing company is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support in managing business and administrative needs. Must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while keeping tasks and priorities on track. Looking for someone that would be available as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate calendar, scheduling, and appointments
- Organize and monitor emails; draft / respond as needed
- Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and trackers in Excel
- Support daily admin operations and personal tasks
- Assist with travel planning, online research, and vendor / client coordination
- Follow up on deadlines and keep projects moving
