Job Title Events Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for event management and a keen enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. In this role, you will support the events team in all aspects of event logistics, including coordination, setup, and breakdown of events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual needs
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain databases of event contacts, vendors, and RSVPs
- Create and manage event timelines and schedules
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and breakdown
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a professional settingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management softwareFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for eventsBenefits
