We're hiring an Inbound Voicemail Support Specialist to assist with customer service during their busy season. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with a reputable company in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Listening to incoming customer voicemails
• Accurately enter voicemail messages into the system for follow-up by the Call Center team
• Ensure clear, concise, and timely message input
