Front Office Administrative Assistant

Pay : $25

Hours : 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

Position Overview :

We are seeking a well-rounded and highly organized Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in greeting visitors and employees, supporting onboarding processes, assisting with staff events, managing badge and access systems, record keeping, reporting, and general administrative support to management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Serve as the first point of contact for front office inquiries (in person, phone, email).
• Support onboarding efforts for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating orientation logistics.
• Assist with the planning and execution of staff events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage and maintain badge / access control systems, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, including personnel files and office logs.
• Generate routine reports for management and support data collection as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, filing, supply ordering, and communications.
• Ensure the front office and common areas are tidy, stocked, and presentable.
