Family Law Paralegal (Spanish-English Bilingual)

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of case management, from intake through judgment and post-judgment enforcement. This role is based in our Coral Gables, Florida office and follows a hybrid schedule of two to three in-office days per week, coordinated with attorney court calendars and team needs.

The Family Law Paralegal partners with attorneys from intake through judgment and post-judgment, drafting and filing pleadings and discovery, managing calendars and deadlines, preparing hearing and trial materials, and coordinating service, mediations, and depositions.

This is a client-facing role that demands impeccable judgment, organization, and disciplined timekeeping. You will play a central role in ensuring all critical dates are captured and met, e-filings comply with jurisdictional rules, and matter files remain organized and current. Because many clients and counterparties are Spanish-speaking, proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required to communicate effectively, draft and translate documents, and support hearings and conferences.

Compensation
