Employee Benefits Account Executive (EBAE)
Location : Remote (Worcester County, MA or nearby preferred)
Schedule : Flexible during business hours for in-person client meetings up to 3 days a week during busy seasons at their place of business in Worcester County, MA.
Compensation : Commensurate with experience including bonus, leadership opportunities available for exceptional candidates
License Required : Massachusetts Life & Health Insurance License

What You'll Do :
As an EBAE, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small to medium-sized group clients, many of which are municipalities. You'll manage the full lifecycle of client service from onboarding to renewal ensuring satisfaction, retention, and strategic guidance.
