We are looking for a dedicated Operations Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing technical assistance, resolving platform-related issues, and addressing general inquiries regarding benefits and education. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence while supporting individuals in their educational journey.
Responsibilities :
- Act as the initial point of contact for prospective students, assisting with technical challenges and platform navigation.
- Address inquiries related to educational benefits and general administrative processes.
- Manage and process exception requests and support tickets efficiently.
- Provide administrative support for platform operations to ensure seamless workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using case management tools like Salesforce.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational procedures and enhance user experience.
- Offer courteous and detail-oriented customer service, even in high-pressure situations.
- Adapt to multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to interruptions.
- Familiarity with case management tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Previous customer service or call center experience required.
- Experience in the post-secondary education industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Proficiency in Spanish for business communication is highly desirable.
