Job Description

As a key technical expert, the person in this position leads financial planning and analysis activities and special projects. The lead also interfaces with top management, responding to their requests for financial data and to resolve reporting and compliance issues.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Identify trends and developments in the competitive business environment and present findings to senior management.
• Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
• Conduct or participate in the most complex financial analysis projects.

Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in the market is between $81,000 and $100,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 2% in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
