VP of Client Empowerment & Practice Optimization Insights
As the VP of Client Empowerment & Practice Optimization Insights, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive insights inventory and aligning a multi-channel execution strategy to deliver value and provide continuous improvement. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, you will empower advisors to more effectively engage in LPL tools and resources to deliver incremental value to the end investors. This role requires a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional leadership to navigate change and inspire enthusiasm for client empowerment.
Responsibilities
Analyze quantitative and qualitative insights to identify areas for improvement opportunities across the advisor and office professional experiences.
Design and execute advisor proficiency assessment, scorecard, and framework to deliver intended engagement outcomes.
Conduct root cause analysis on call drivers and define optimal engagement strategy.
Partner with stakeholders across data science, business, strategy and services to align KPIs and prioritize initiatives.
Identify innovative solutions to scale insights for maximum effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning and growth.
Lead a team to implement new programs that drive engagement and deliver business outcomes.
Partner with leadership to drive change and build buy-in for the client empowerment journey.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; field of study is flexible, though disciplines such as business, management, analytics, or related areas are preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing teams to execute strategic initiatives.
At least 5 years of demonstrated success in developing and implementing scalable client engagement programs.
Minimum of 5 years of experience applying comprehensive analytics to drive client engagement and product / service adoption.
Core competencies : strong analytics capabilities and understanding of wealth management and client engagement, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions, passion for technology and its potential to empower individuals and organizations, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across departments.
Pay Range : $141,188-$235,313 / year. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
