Overview We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused contractor to join the Creative & Optimization Strategy team for a 3-month engagement. This role will play a critical part in driving efficiencies across our team by managing key workflows, supporting reporting, and helping to establish scalable processes. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is skilled at balancing detail-oriented execution with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities Facilitate Asset Handoffs : Ensure smooth and timely transfer of creative assets between teams, maintaining alignment and clarity on requirements.

Update & Maintain Reporting : Manually update reports and dashboards to keep performance tracking accurate and actionable.

Drive Efficiencies & Automation : Identify gaps in current processes and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability (including automation where possible).

Process Support : Establish and document workflows that enhance collaboration and reduce bottlenecks.

Stakeholder & Project Management : Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines are met and communications remain clear and consistent.

Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in process development and optimization.

Comfort with reporting tools and data updates (manual and automated).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving needs, and proactively solve problems.

Location : 100% remote (no preference on timezone)

Duration : 3 month contract (potential to extend)

Pay range : $62 - $64.14 / hr
