Role overview
Lead Product Manager for the Partner Workstation Platform with oversight of Partner Workstation Platform and Sales Enablement Capability. This role aligns with Wealth Management’s strategic growth objectives and requires close partnership with the WIN team, National Sales Practice, and Salesforce to identify and deploy digital leads, pipeline management, unified dashboards, and incentive management features. The role also ensures the platform supports embedded user needs and related DCPX capabilities, collaborates with the WM data organization for trusted data, and supports evolving client service standards and segmentation definitions. Reports to the Head of Digital Client and Partner Experience (DCPX) and is part of the DCPX Leadership Team.

A college or university degree and / or relevant proven work experience required. Related industry qualification (e.g., ACCA) preferred.
Salary
$164,600 - 288,000 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits, paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life and accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. A discretionary bonus program may include an equity component.
