Our client, a leader in the foodservice and distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk I to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk I, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Woodridge, IL

Shift : 7 AM - 3 : 30 PM

What's the Job?

• Oversee the timely processing of vendor invoices for factory-direct orders
• Audit factory direct invoices to ensure correct costs and freight calculations
• Research inquiries from the Sales Department regarding FD invoices and freight rates
• Process invoices into the Accounts Payable System accurately and efficiently
• Escalate issues beyond scope of authority to appropriate parties and perform other duties as assigned
