This position will involve analysis, design and inspection of highway, rail and pedestrian bridges and associated structures. - Work as an integral part of the Bridge Practice in our NC offices.
- Provide analysis, design and inspection of bridges and related structures.
- Support structural design on selected projects and lead assigned tasks as appropriate.
- Provide leadership and direction by mentoring and motivating junior staff. – Sr. Eng. only
- Proactively drive safety and ensure that health and safety practices are maintained.
- Assist in maintaining quality of project deliverables produced by the Bridge Group. Qualifications Include :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive design experience on structural engineering projects.
- Successful completion of the FE exam to earn your EIT Certification.
- Solid structural analysis and design skills with an understanding of related engineering disciplines needed to complete transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to form effective relationships with staff and clients.Compensation Range : $64,848.58 - $86,464.77STV offers the following benefits
