This position will involve analysis, design and inspection of highway, rail and pedestrian bridges and associated structures. • Work as an integral part of the Bridge Practice in our NC offices.
• Provide analysis, design and inspection of bridges and related structures.
• Support structural design on selected projects and lead assigned tasks as appropriate.
• Provide leadership and direction by mentoring and motivating junior staff. – Sr. Eng. only
• Proactively drive safety and ensure that health and safety practices are maintained.
• Assist in maintaining quality of project deliverables produced by the Bridge Group. Qualifications Include :
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive design experience on structural engineering projects.
• Successful completion of the FE exam to earn your EIT Certification.
• Solid structural analysis and design skills with an understanding of related engineering disciplines needed to complete transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to form effective relationships with staff and clients.Compensation Range : $64,848.58 - $86,464.77STV offers the following benefits
