Title : Adjunct Instructor - Philosophy (Pool)
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for delivering quality instruction in an equitable environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Philosophy or Ethics or a Master's degree in another discipline and 18 graduate hours in Philosophy or Ethics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Doctorate in Philosophy.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of and / or experience with a variety of instructional delivery modes, including synchronous and asynchronous online teaching. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse student, faculty and staff population. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Rate of Pay : $650.00 - $740.00 per credit hour.
