Key Responsibilities include :

• Teaching courses via assigned delivery modes.
• Collaborating with course leads and program coordinators to ensure consistent student experiences.
• Using the College's learning management system to provide course materials.
• Submitting department syllabus before classes begin.
• Responding to emails / messages within 48 hours.
• Completing reports such as attendance, student progress, and grades on time.
• Submitting final grades by the deadline.
• Adhering to College and TBR policies.

Minimum qualifications : Master's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in Engineering.

Preferred qualifications : College-level teaching experience.

Skills and abilities : Knowledge of online instructional modes, effective communication, cooperative work with diverse populations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation : $650.00 - $740.00 per credit hour.
