The Director of Operational Excellence plays a critical role in shaping and executing process improvement strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels. This position will lead cross-functional initiatives, develop data-driven solutions, and collaborate with senior leadership to align operational excellence efforts with business goals. In addition, the role oversees strategic projects, supports change management, and drives the adoption of innovative technologies and performance benchmarks across the organization.

Education & Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline required. Master's Degree preferred. Must possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or supply chain management, with at least 35 years in a leadership role. Lean / Six Sigma certification required (Green Belt or higher). Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Travel :
Ability to travel within the United States up to 50% of the time.

Primarily located in a climate controlled office environment. Occasional to frequent exposure to outdoors and indoor warehouse environment with adequate ventilation. Occasional to frequent exposure to vibration, improperly illuminated or awkward and confining work spaces. Occasional to frequent working above ground level where the possibility of falling exists. Loud noises typical when present in a warehouse or outdoor environment.
