Marketing Manager Job at GORUCK in Florida

Overview #1 Priority : Build and execute marketing campaigns that grow the GORUCK brand and connect with our community.

This role sits at the center of Marketing — driving seasonal initiatives, brand storytelling, and daily execution across channels. You’ll partner with Brand, Creative, E-commerce, Growth, and Product teams to bring ideas to life. What you’ll do Execute integrated marketing campaigns that build engagement and drive growth.

Manage campaign execution end-to-end : briefs, timelines, asset development, launches, recaps.

Partner with internal teams and agencies to align digital marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, community events, and special company moments with broader marketing initiatives.

Bring cultural and consumer insights into campaign planning through market research — focusing on fitness, wellness, rucking, and community.

Manage marketing budgets, calendar, agency relationships, and marketing KPI reporting.

Direct management of performance marketing and marketing operations teammates.

What you bring 5–7+ years of brand marketing or consumer marketing experience (fitness, outdoor, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods preferred).

Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and how they connect to brand storytelling.

Ability to manage campaigns from strategy through execution, with attention to detail and results.

Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

A strong sense of culture and community — fitness / wellness, rucking, or adjacent spaces.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a bias toward action.
