A company is looking for a Service Readiness Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Main point of contact for assigned projects, including new services and customers
Develop test and certification plans for new services and customers, and document process flows
Provide early life support and contribute to continual service improvement processes
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong experience with Cisco WebEx / Control Hub, Microsoft Teams Pro, and Crestron XiO
Demonstrated knowledge of professional A / V and Video Teleconferencing systems
Experience in Conference Production and Helpdesk Support is a plus
Preferred external training in Cisco and Polycom Endpoints and Infrastructure
