The Quality, Environmental & Safety Management Specialist (QESMS) will support our organization's commitment to high-quality products, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards, driving process improvements, supporting sustainability initiatives, and promoting a strong safety culturewithout reliance on ISO-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Management :

• Monitor and analyze production and operational data to ensure products and services meet defined quality criteria.
• Assist in developing and enforcing internal quality standards, procedures, and inspection methods.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for product non-conformities, process deviations, and customer complaints.
• Conduct quality checks and audits of processes, materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing results, and quality performance metrics.
• Update and maintain Quality Control folders with the most current product revision.
• Attend ECN (Engineering Change Notice) meetings to follow up on product defects and revisions.
• Track supplier performance, including probationary status, and determine release based on approved receipt thresholds.
