A company is looking for a Merchant Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 support for merchants using the online ordering platform, troubleshooting issues related to menu settings and customer UI configurations
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless service experience for merchants
Develop expertise in the product suite and assist in post-sales escalations with a focus on customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in a related role within technology, hospitality, or customer support
Experience with de-escalation tactics and call management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Zendesk, POS systems, and tools like Google Suite and Slack is a plus
