Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding insurance coverage and policy maintenance
Assist customers intending to cancel their coverage by providing information about policy benefits
Document customer interactions accurately in the appropriate database
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience
Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
Must type 30 words per minute; pre-employment assessment required
