Job Summary
The Equity Administrator will oversee the administration of and serve as the operational owner of the Company's various equity programs. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, process integrity, adherence to compliance, and support across our equity lifecycle. This role requires deep technical knowledge of equity plans, particularly private equity capital structures, all equity and equity award types, cap tables and dilution. You will partner closely with the Finance, HR, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate administration and reporting of equity and equity compensation in order to deliver a seamless experience for equity holders and stakeholders.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is : $157,000—$185,000 USD
