Role Overview :
As a regional sales manager, you will be the driving force behind our retail channel (direct to employer) growth across 4 key regions in Missouri (St. Louis, Southeast Missouri, Central Missouri, and Kansas City). Your mission will be to propel revenue growth and enhance our market presence through innovative strategies and relationship-building. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our market approach, leading initiatives, and ensuring our solutions meet and exceed client expectations.
