Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager works to grow profitable business relationships with metal cutting machine tool end users. This individual schedules face to face interactions with customers to present engineered solutions to existing and potential customers. They work with other members of the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and apply company product to assist customers in achieving improved productivity, optimization of resources, in order to minimize costs and maximize profits. Must be a ble to understand customer process and objectives to provide consultation to improve productivity through better tooling options. Will d evelop machine sales in a given geographical territory at a level to meet or exceed a sales quota and e stablish new accounts. Also, will m onitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.

This position requires :

• Associates degree or equivalent technical school education
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Ability to travel overnight
• Participation in trade shows

Additional experience :

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
