In this role, you’ll manage project timelines, track initiatives, ensure CRM accuracy, coordinate meetings, support onboarding, and deliver sales training. You’ll also play a key part in vendor management, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Track key initiatives, deadlines, and project timelines, ensuring timely execution using project management tools.
- Coordinate cross-department schedules, reporting, and follow-ups to support team alignment.
- Monitor CRM accuracy across the Sales team; track adoption, usage, and performance.
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure alignment, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing development initiatives.
- Deliver sales training for new hires and reinforce adoption of tools and processes.
- Manage vendor accounts, communications, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate sales and vendor meetings in collaboration with leadership.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings, company announcements, and culture initiatives.
- Oversee general office support functions to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Draft, maintain, and update SOPs, process guides, and internal documentation.
- Research flooring and interior design trends to support sales insights and market awareness.
- Assist in planning team-building activities and internal engagement programs to strengthen company culture.
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in sales support, operations, coordination, or trainingStrong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear, confident communicator (written and verbal) with cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience with CRM tools and project management platforms; bonus if familiar with RFMS, Podium, Nutshell, or similar platformsProactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindsetAbility to adapt quickly, learn technical concepts, and apply them effectivelyPreferred : background in home services, interior design, construction, or related industriesJob Type : Full-time
