The Clinic Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring clinical and operational excellence, and fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. This opportunity presents a unique chance to lead / oversee a service expansion at an established clinic.

This role demands strong leadership, integrity, emotional intelligence, and exceptional organizational skills to drive performance, develop staff, and maintain high standards of patient and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing clinic processes, focusing on key metrics, supporting patient coordinators, developing the Physical Health team, and ensuring effective communication and problem-solving. The Clinic Manager also upholds the clinic's core values, models excellence in patient care, and fosters an environment of respect, recognition, and meaningful work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Drive Excellence and Leadership :

Lead the clinic with integrity, humility, empathy, and optimism.

• Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and partnership among the team.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families, coaching team members to do the same.
• Model Woven Care's core values
• Communicate effectively, starting with the 'why' and aligning with the broader organizational vision.

Clinical and Operational Excellence :

Demonstrate exceptional understanding of all clinic processes, procedures, and services.

Team Development and Support :

Coach and develop the clinic's Physical Health team, providing clear performance expectations and conducting performance reviews.

Performance Management :

Measure and report on the clinic's overall metrics and productivity, working directly with therapists and patient coordinators to reach monthly productivity expectations.

Administrative Duties :

Lead daily huddles

Patient and Employee Satisfaction :

Model excellence in patient care, achieving personal productivity goals.

Accountability and Goal Setting :

Model excellence in patient care, achieving personal productivity goals.
