A large Intellectual Property (IP) firm is looking to hire top tier patent attorneys nationwide with degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or an advanced degree in chemistry / biotech. Successful candidates will have 2+ years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
Positions are available in the main offices as well as at satellite locations across the country. All candidates are required to provide (a) 3 to 4 patents / applications and (b) 2 to 3 responses to office actions.

There is a minimum billing requirement of 1700 hours per year. Attorneys receive additional bonuses for hours in excess of 1700.
