Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities of a Sr. Project Manager | Healthcare Construction | Houston, TX

• Communication and Coordination : responsible for facilitating communication between team members, architects, designers, and engineers
• Documentation and Reporting : manage project documentation which includes project plans, requirements, specifications, and RFIs
• Risk Management : contributing to identifying and assessing project risk, and developing risk mitigation strategies
• Bid Leveling : help evaluate bid opportunities to determine their suitability, feasibility, and alignment
• Takeoffs; Cost Estimation : from time to time may be responsible to quantify and estimate the quantities of materials needed for the project
• Pre-Con : collaborate in executing the pre-construction phase of a project with the team
• Design Phase : working with architects and engineers to refine the conceptual design of the drawings
