This position will strategize across marketing channels to maximize lead generation and intake pull-through for our law firm partners. You will act as both strategist and operator — synthesizing large datasets to uncover insights, guiding data-driven decisions, and ensuring every dollar invested produces measurable results. The VP of Marketing will collaborate across departments to optimize both top-of-funnel lead capture and bottom-of-funnel intake conversions, while managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and team performance.
