Our client, Production is seeking Wire Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in assembly or manufacturing.  Experience with a forklift is not necessary but is a plus!

Job Title : Assembler - Wire Assembler

Location : River Falls, WI

Pay Range : $20-$24 per hour.  Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

What’s the Job?

Using hand tools to assembler electric power cables that are used for data centers.  Precise measuring and attention to detail will be an important part of the day to day job.  You will have to assemble these parts and prep them for shipping.  There will also be general unloading work of materials as well.

• Operate and monitor production equipment and pull conduit according to schematics and work instructions.
• Fish wire through conduit using manual and power tools.
• Install, secure, and wire devices.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing of completed assemblies.
• Package finished products for shipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the production area.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively.

What’s Needed?

Experience in manufacturing and / or assembly.  Experience with using a forklift and / or pallet jack is also a plus but not needed.  Experience using measuring tools in a production setting is also a plus.
