A law firm seeks an Immigration Attorney in Edison, NJ. The successful candidate will represent clients in various immigration matters, providing expert legal guidance and advocacy. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Duties
- Represent clients in EOIR court for Master and Merits Hearings.
- Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews.
- Draft motions, judgments, and legal filings.
- Lead and mentor a legal team, including assistants and paralegals.
- Oversee case preparation and ensure timely, accurate filings.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and up-to-date case files.
