Residential Property Care / Field Technician - Property Care

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Watch Technician to join our team for primarily the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons. This role involves traveling between homes within the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area, conducting scheduled home inspections, documenting property conditions, and reporting any concerns or maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate is responsible, observant, and comfortable working independently. A great opportunity for those seeking supplemental income, flexible work, and an independent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine home watch inspections according to company standards
• Check for signs of damage, leaks, HVAC issues, pest activity, and security concerns
• Document findings through reports and photographs using company software
• Communicate with homeowners and managers regarding property status and any recommended actions
• Follow established routes and schedules efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while representing Northern Nest Services
