Position Summary
Seva is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee all aspects of HR operations, compliance, and team member experience across a growing multi-practice organization. This person will help build the systems, structure, and culture that enable Seva to scale while staying true to its values. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in HR leadership and a thoughtful approach to recruiting. They care deeply about people and culture, operate with a high level of professionalism, and thrive in a dynamic, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
- Strategic business partner to leadership team to help execute growth plans
- Oversee all HR functions across multiple states and entities, ensuring consistent practices that align with Seva’s mission and values.
- Lead acquisition due diligence and integration activities from an HR perspective
- Partner with leadership to design and implement policies, handbooks, and team member processes that reinforce Seva’s culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to doctors, practice managers, and support team leaders on HR topics and employee relations.
- Play a visible and active role in shaping and reinforcing Seva’s company culture.
- Develop and deploy learning management tools that supports team member’s professional growth and development
- Support payroll coordination with Finance (Paylocity) for new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws, including PTO, leave, and wage regulations.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development.
- Oversee effective and innovative compensation and benefits strategy and administration.
- Track and report HR metrics, including turnover, retention, and engagement.
Talent Acquisition
Manage recruiting for both practice and support center positions, including clinical, administrative, and leadership roles.Partner with hiring managers to define roles, create job descriptions, and guide interview processes.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates who align with Seva’s culture and purpose.Maintain and enhance Seva’s employment brand across digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.Support onboarding to ensure a welcoming and consistent new hire experience.Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the executive team to shape Seva’s long-term people strategy.Identify process improvements and technology enhancements within HR systems and reporting.Contribute to a positive, transparent, and service-oriented team environment.Qualifications
7 or more years of experience in HR management, ideally within healthcare, dental, or other multi-location service organizations.Proven success managing both HR and recruiting functions in a high growth acquisition environment.Strong working knowledge of employment law, payroll coordination, and compliance.Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing hands-on responsibilities.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Schedule & Compensation
