eXcell is hiring : Tier 2 Video Technician in Seattle

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Tier 2 Video Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA and provide end-user support. This technician will work the hours of 6 : 00am to 3 : 00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive video conference rooms and Surface Hub systems uptime utilizing daily checks
• Respond quickly to incidents and assist in person
• Perform video conferencing hardware and systems repair and build
• Open, manage, and close / escalate incidents in ServiceNow
• Monitor incident and preventative maintenance queue
• Drive systems uptime
• Continuously improve, train, and shadow

Skills and Qualifications

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $22.00 - $31.00 per hour . Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
